The procedure for handling appeals
In order to effectively operate the appeal system, the Enterprise has various channels available, including a hotline telephone and e-mail, information about which is contained on the corporate website of the Enterprise, the possibility of oral appeal and in writing by mail to representatives of the Enterprise, as well as through a virtual reception President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The mechanisms for filing complaints and appeals in the Enterprise are regulated in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities” No. ZRU-445 dated September 11, 2017 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Approval of the Standard Regulations on the procedure for handling appeals from individuals and legal entities in government bodies, government agencies and organizations with state participation” No. 341 of May 7, 2018.
