Amendments and Additions Introduced to the Collective Agreement of the “Navoiyuran” State Enterprise
A conference of labor collectives was held at the “Navoiyuran” State Enterprise, where the implementation of the 2024 Collective Agreement was reviewed, and proposed amendments and additions to the 2025–2027 Collective Agreement were thoroughly discussed.
The event was attended by the enterprise’s management, representatives of the labor collectives, Deputy Chairman of the NKMK Employees’ Trade Union Council O. Temirov, Chairman of the United Trade Union Committee No. 6 D. Temirov, delegates, and invited guests.
At the beginning of the conference, the report by General Director of “Navoiyuran” SE, Dj. Fayzullayev, on the results of the 2024 Collective Agreement implementation was presented by A. Oltinov, Managing Director on Human Resources.
Following this, Trade Union Committee Chairman D. Temirov shared his remarks. The speakers provided detailed information on the work carried out in areas such as improving working conditions, occupational safety, health programs, youth engagement, guarantees and benefits, cultural recreation, and sports activities for employees.
Undoubtedly, ensuring the health and safety of employees is a top priority for any industrial enterprise. Accordingly, the report by S. Nurnazarov, Department of Labor Protection and Emergencies at “Navoiyuran” SE, covered the state of labor protection in 2024 and the draft agreement for 2025.
The conference also highlighted the importance of strengthening labor discipline, ensuring quality task execution, and maintaining strict compliance with organizational procedures as key factors in the economic stability and healthy working atmosphere of the enterprise.
In his report, A. Oltinov provided information on the verification report concerning the 2024 Collective Agreement implementation, as well as the protocols of the central commission regarding amendments and additions to the 2025–2027 Collective Agreement and the “Internal Labor Regulations.”
He emphasized that the new version of the Collective Agreement was developed in line with current labor legislation, taking into account the needs and proposals of employees. Several clarifications and updates were also made to the “Internal Labor Regulations.” The delegates unanimously supported all the presentations and approved the revised Collective Agreement.
As a result, the Collective Agreement for 2025–2027, along with the introduced amendments and additions, was officially adopted between “Navoiyuran” SE and the United Trade Union Committee No. 6.
It is worth noting that the newly adopted version of the Collective Agreement consists of four sections, 17 articles, and 16 appendices, and serves as an important internal regulatory document that governs labor, socio-economic, and professional relations between the employer and employees.
