Company goals

Navoiyuran SE’s strategic goals reflect its dual mandate of operational excellence in uranium production and leadership in sustainable development. Five core objectives outline the company’s roadmap through 2030:
• Strengthen global market position by ensuring stable supply and processing of uranium ore, leveraging vertical integration from extraction to export.
• Accelerate technological modernization via phased infrastructure upgrades and adoption of resource-efficient, innovative mining and processing methods.
• Expand the resource base through exploration of new deposits, with eight major projects valued at USD 145 million of these, US$120.9 million will be financed from the company's own funds. These projects are expected to create 122 new jobs, confirming the social orientation of investment activities. Minimize environmental impact and uphold safe working conditions, investing USD 125.9 million in capital projects and USD 5.108 million in occupational health and safety in 2024 to achieve an LTIFR of 0.7.
• Enhance corporate governance and institutional maturity by transitioning to IFRS, securing an unqualified audit opinion from Deloitte, attaining BB-Stable credit rating from S&P Global Ratings, and earning “Approved Employer” status from ACCA to boost financial transparency and human-capital development.
• These goals are supported by an integrated management system that aligns strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement under the guidance of international ISO standards (ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 50001: Energy Management Systems, ISO 27001: Information Security Management Systems, ISO 37001: Anti-bribery Management Systems, and ISO 37301: Compliance Management Systems)
with ISO/IEC 17025 -Testing and calibration laboratories -standard is being implemented; estimated date of introduction (subject to passing the audit) : Q4.2025/Q1 2026.
A dedicated ESG Principles Implementation and Strategy Development Department coordinates target setting, related trainings, coordinating with international ratings and standards authorities and external assurance, ensuring accountability at all organizational levels.
