During the trainings, participants familiarized themselves with the fundamental principles of the risk management system. The roles and responsibilities of all levels involved in the risk management process were also discussed. The program paid special attention to methods of identifying and assessing risks, determining risk factors and opportunities, as well as improving mechanisms for effective risk management and accountability.
At the end of the trainings, participants shared positive feedback, noting that such activities play an important role in the company’s operations. According to them, developing a risk management culture strengthens cooperation and trust not only among the leadership but also within the entire team.
Furthermore, the next stage will include additional sessions aimed at introducing tools for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across all areas of activity.
