“Navoiyuran” at an international forum

Hasan Haydarov, First Deputy Director General of “Navoiyuran” State Enterprise for Finance, Transformation and Privatization, participated in the international event “Global Bank Finance & Capital Markets in Central & Eastern Europe, Central Asia & Turkey — 2025.”

The forum, held in Türkiye, is regarded as an important annual gathering for senior professionals in the debt markets of Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Türkiye.

The event brought together more than one thousand participants from governments, corporations, investors, banks, law firms, regulators, and service organizations. Nearly 70 experts shared their insights during the panel sessions.

Within the framework of the forum, negotiations were held with Fitch and S&P rating agencies to update the enterprise’s existing ratings.

Meetings were also held with investors who purchased the company’s Eurobonds on the international market, as well as with leading investment financial institutions — Mashreq, Citi, Deutsche Bank, ADCB, Morgan Stanley, FAB. The discussions focused on the company’s performance in the first half of the current year and the expected year-end results.

This prestigious event, bringing together the most influential players in the industry, enhances the reputation of financial markets in the eyes of the international investment community and encourages further transactions involving companies from Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Türkiye.
