Another international award for the enterprise

The “Navoiyuran” State Enterprise has been honored with the “Debut Corporate Bond of the Year” award at the Global Banking & Markets AWARDS 2025 ceremony.

Since 2014, the Global Banking & Markets AWARDS has recognized the most innovative, structurally complex, and market-transforming financial transactions executed by sovereign issuers, corporates, and financial institutions.
The selection process involves a thorough assessment of transaction volume, maturity, structure and distribution, as well as analysis of the borrower’s credit history and financing capabilities. Priority is given to transactions with high execution quality, innovative approaches, access to new liquidity sources, and opportunities to enter new markets.

Within this prestigious competition, “Navoiyuran” State Enterprise received the “Debut Corporate Bond of the Year” award. This recognition highlights the successful debut of the enterprise in the capital markets, transparency of its financial operations, and alignment with international standards.

It is noteworthy that during the placement of the enterprise’s first Eurobond issue worth USD 300 million, investor demand reached USD 1.221 billion, which is 4.33 times higher than the offered amount. This strong oversubscription demonstrates investor confidence, the high competence of the team, and the effectiveness of ongoing reforms.

The “Global Banking & Markets: AWARDS 2025” ceremony brought together leading experts and major institutions in the financial sector, drawing the attention of the international investment community to regional capital markets and further encouraging new issuances of financial instruments.
