“Navoiyuran” Reviews First Quarter Results and Sets Priority Tasks

At the state enterprise “Navoiyuran,” an extended video conference meeting was held under the leadership of General Director Djamal Fayzullayev, dedicated to the results of the first quarter of 2026 and the implementation of uranium production targets.

The meeting was attended by deputy general directors, directors, heads of departments, divisions, and services, as well as responsible representatives of structural units.

During the meeting, the company’s performance over the reporting period was analyzed based on specific indicators. Alongside the achieved results, areas where available opportunities were not fully utilized were critically reviewed. The head of the enterprise emphasized the strategic importance of uranium production for the country’s socio-economic development.

The work carried out during the reporting period in uranium production, development of geological exploration, identification of new deposits, and expansion of reserves was positively assessed. Chief Engineer Anvarjon Saparov presented production indicators, outlined existing challenges, and proposed concrete measures to address them.

During the discussions, priority areas were identified, including ensuring the timely supply of equipment and technical resources, implementing lean production and standardization principles, strengthening internal control and compliance systems to prevent misuse of resources, and introducing modern information technologies to enable real-time monitoring and analysis of efficiency at every stage of the production process.

It was also noted that strict measures are required to ensure efficient use of energy resources, accelerate infrastructure projects, expand the capacity of solution processing facilities, initiate the reconstruction of productive solution processing units, commission extraction wells and drilling equipment, and strengthen control over extraction processes.

At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were set to increase production volumes, improve the quality of technological wells, enhance the performance of geotechnological mining sites, and improve the efficiency of drilling and geological exploration activities.

During the meeting, heads of structural units and geotechnological mining sites provided updates on priority production tasks and the measures to be implemented.

The meeting was held in a critical and analytical spirit, with clear and targeted tasks assigned to each manager and specialist.

As emphasized, the timely and high-quality implementation of the outlined measures will be a key factor in ensuring the enterprise’s stable performance in 2026 and achieving its annual targets.
