Navoiyuran Recognized Among Uzbekistan’s Top Corporate Governance Leaders

On 26 June 2026, Chapter Zero Uzbekistan held its 3rd Anniversary event in Tashkent, during which the results of the 2026 Corporate Governance Rating of Uzbekistan’s major state-owned enterprises were announced.

The rating was conducted by Chapter Zero Uzbekistan using a methodology developed with the participation of GCF Eurasia and based on publicly available information.

The assessment covered corporate governance, supervisory board performance, implementation of ESG principles, risk management, transparency and disclosure, as well as climate governance.

According to the assessment results, State Enterprise Navoiyuran was placed in the highest Leader category and recognized among the top three enterprises implementing advanced corporate governance practices in Uzbekistan.

This achievement reflects the company’s consistent efforts to implement modern corporate governance and ESG principles, enhance transparency, and further develop a management system aligned with international standards.
