Navoiyuran’s compliance framework for occupational health and safety adheres strictly to national legislation, international standards, and contractual obligations. The OHS Management System, certified under ISO 45001:2018, undergoes annual third-party audits by an accredited body to verify conformity with legal requirements—including Uzbekistan’s Labor Code, Sanitary Norms and Rules (SanPiN), and Cabinet of Ministers resolutions on workplace safety—and to assess management-system effectiveness.
OHS is focused on as a part of integrated management system (ISM) comprising of ISO standards (ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
The ISM policy is being updated for version 2 in Q4 2025.
