Summary of activities related to the state youth policy in the system of the State Enterprise “Navoiyuran” for 2024

As of today, 1,773 active and dedicated young specialists are working in the system of the State Enterprise “Navoiyuran.” All young employees are united into 17 primary organizations.

In 2024, all 24 activities outlined in the program aimed at implementing state youth policy and supporting young employees in the organization were fully completed. Additionally, 220 events were carried out by the enterprise’s primary organizations.

In particular, during the reporting period, the nationwide initiative “Green Space” was successfully implemented. As part of the “I Am a Descendant of Great Ancestors” project, spiritual and educational events were held. The “Let’s Unite for Good” campaign provided assistance to socially vulnerable population, including families with special needs and the elder generation. Additionally, within the “I Am a Donor” campaign, blood donation activities were organized. Under the slogan “Love Sports, Live with Sports!”, various sport events were conducted among the youth in the company’s divisions, along with the implementation of the project “Travel Across Uzbekistan!” .

Furthermore, mass sports tournaments and events in popular sports such as futsal, volleyball, streetball, table tennis, and chess were organized among young employees. Intellectual games like “Zakovat” and meetings titled “Leaders and Youth” were also held at major production fields, facilitating direct dialogue between management and young employees. These efforts ensured the involvement of nearly all young employees in the enterprise.

In 2024, special attention was paid to enhancing the professional skills of young specialists, preparing, and developing promising young leaders. In line with the approved plan, young employees attended training and retraining courses and participated in production tours at major enterprise facilities.

To prevent offenses and raise the legal awareness of young employees, roundtable discussions were conducted in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on youth policy, the General Director of “Navoiyuran” held meetings with 21 young people from the “Vatan” and “Kimyogar” neighborhoods of Navoi city, classified as disadvantaged areas. Individual work is being carried out based on the identified issues and suggestions during these meetings.
